From our fishing Mirage Drive Hobie and YOLO rentals, to our fully stocked tackle and retail store, to our full live and frozen bait selection, to our ice, beer and snacks, Bay Baits is here for you.

Are you ready to be a part of a revolution on the bay? Are you ready to hustle, to help run a store that services tons, and we're talking TONS, of bay visitors? We'd love to talk to you!

Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience in hospitality a plus
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • A strong character of integrity and honesty

Tour Leaders

Do you enjoy traveling? How about storytelling? Bay Baits is looking for enthusiastic tour leaders to take people on a trip through the magical body of water that we call the bay. Let's talk about it!

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, energetic and positive personality
  • Ability to maintain conversations for hours (not really... but maybe...)
  • Willingness to get lost, but act like you know exactly where you're going ;)
